Man Escapes a Yacht Fire Brick

No one is injured during an overnight fire at the Comstock Yacht Marina on Princeton Avenue, believed to be electrical in nature. Brian Piscopo of Warren tells The Brick Patch

he was on his 40 foot carver when it became engulfed in flames around 3 am. He was able to escape in time to alert emergency officials.

Eyewitnesses say damage to surrounding boats was mostly cosmetic- including one out of Point Pleasant Beach.

Hours earlier, the marina held a party celebrating its 40th Anniversary with a party.
