Manchester Police say lifeguards at the Harry Wright Lake late on Sunday afternoon pulled 35-year-old Ramon Carbajo-Pinos of Hamilton out of the water when one of his children reported he had gone underneath the lake's floating dock as they played and did return to the surface.

Lifeguards and other swimmers administered CPR as they awaited the arrival of an ambulance.  He was later taken to Community Medical Center and later pronounced dead.

It's the second drowning death in Ocean County in less than a week.

The Ocean County Prosecutor's Office and Manchester Police are investigating the incident and ask witnesses to contact them at 732-657-6111.
