Man Allegedly Tried To Visit Monmouth County To Have Sex With Underage Girl

A Georgia man living in Long Island was indicted on charges he traveled to Monmouth County to have sexual contact with a minor and distribute child pornography.

Richard J. Simone Jr., 22, of Acworth, Ga. was indicted Thursday January 30th by a federal grand jury, he faces one count of traveling across state lines for the purpose of engaging in illicit sexual conduct with a minor and one count of distribution of child pornography.
