Major Water Infrastructure Project on Tap for Lakewood

New Jersey American Water announces a new critical infrastructure project for Lakewood.
According to the Lakewood Scoop, utility officials told Township Committee Members Thursday night that the work includes over $3 million dollars in new pipe, a new water tower as well as new water and sewer service up Cross Street and into the developing school zone.

Officials say the work will allow for the redevelopment of languishing property along Route 9.
