Lorde and MAC Cosmetics are on each other's team!

The 'Royals' singer, known for her deep, matte, purple-and-berry-stained lips, has partnered up with the makeup giant for her own, limited edition collection which lands on counters in early June.

Lorde works with MAC artist Amber Dreadon, who joins her on the road. So it makes sense for the singer, 17, to team up with the brand.

"I have loved MAC Cosmetics since I was a little kid," Lorde, whose makeup aesthetic is somewhat vampy and dramatic, with her pale skin and wild mane of thick hair, said. "I remember saving up to buy my very first MAC lipstick [Snob] at 14, and it was used by about 20 of my friends!"

Clearly, Lorde is a MAC-o-phile who is thrilled to work with the brand in an official capacity. She also said, "MAC has a very clear aesthetic that has always felt fashion-forward to me. So I was really excited to work with them on these products, which I use pretty much every day and night. I hope you will, too."

Below is her tweet confirming the collabo's launch date.

Lorde joins an esteemed roster of artists who have repped the brand. Rihanna is currently the face of the Viva Glam line and has her own collection. Lady Gaga, Nicki Minaj, Fergie, Eve and more have teamed up with MAC at one point or another.
