Local Child Porn Suspect Has Alleged FBI Connection

There's a new twist to the story about a Toms River man arrested on child porn charges last week. It turns out that Michael Peluso, who was using software to mask his IP address, allegedly works as a civilian analyst for the FBI, according to the Shore News Network. Officials say the software led investigators believe that Peluso was in illinois when he was actually in Toms River. The 44-year-old faces child porn possession and distribution counts.
