Gustavo Miranda, 73, of Holiday City Berkeley, turned himself in to Toms River police Tuesday, posted bail, and now awaits court proceedings, according to information from the department.

Dissemination of images from the Dollar Tree surveillance system led to tips that enabled Toms River Detective Thomas Grosse and Ocean County Investigator Lindsay Woodfield to identify Miranda, authorities said.
