Members of the Latino Coalition will have their first court date against Freehold Township today over what they feel is a failure by the town to disclose public documents.

The paperwork in question refers to a study commissioned by the town analyzing police hiring policy and procedure.

Latino Coalition president Frank Argote Freyre claims the township told him since the documents contain personel info they are exempt from OPRA, something his organization is contesting.
