Lakewood Juvenile Charged with Putting a Knife to a Girl

A 14 year old Lakewood boy is accused of putting a knife to a 10 year old girl after she got off her school bus Tuesday afternoon.

Authorities say the juvenile is a neighbor and was waiting at the bus stop, grabbed the girl and put the knife against her side. She was able to get away, run home and tell her mother, who called police.

Cops were tipped off the boy was in the area. They chased him on foot through a golf course. One of the officers jumped in a golf cart and eventually arrested the boy on obstruction and weapons charges.
