Lacey Township’s Elizabeth Schreier Receives WOBM/Gateway Toyota Student of the Week Scholarship

Recent Lacey Township High School graduate ELIZABETH SCHREIER was this year’s recipient of the WOBM/Gateway Toyota Student of the Week Scholarship. 

Liz was one of 38 Ocean County High School seniors honored during the school year as a Student of the Week and her name was randomly selected in June to receive the scholarship.  A high honor roll student at Lacey she will be attending the University of Delaware where she plans to major in Speech-Language Pathology. She is pictured with WOBM’s Kevin Williams (left) and Gateway Toyota General Manager Rick Cardwell who each presented her with $500 at the auto dealership on Route 37 in Toms River.

Gateway Toyota has been the exclusive sponsor of the Student of the Week program for 22 years and it will return in September to highlight the achievements of Ocean County’s best and brightest.
