Ronnivictoria Birkner, 20, and Jordin Henry, 21, of Forked River, were charged Tuesday in connection with the April 2 holdup, according to Lacey Township police. Henry also faces unrelated charges in East Brunswick.

At about 4:40 AM the day of the robbery, Birkner reported a man in a mask demanding money. Police say surveillance images displayed the encounter. After getting $975 from Birkner, the suspect left on foot.

Subsequent exhaustive review of surveillance video and witness interviews led to the arrests completed by  Detective Robert Surtees.

Birkner is charged with theft, conspiracy to commit theft, and filing a fictitious report. She was released on her own recognizance, pending a court date.

Henry is charged with theft and conspiracy to commit theft. Police say he is wanted in East Brunswick for failing to appear on a drug charge. He was placed in the Ocean County Jail in Toms River, with bail set at $20,500.
