Know her? Police in a Monmouth town seek her identity

Does the woman seen in this surveillance still look familiar? Police in Monmouth's Ocean Township seek her identity.

In light of the probe's active status, investigators have issued no details regarding the circumstances, place, or extraneous details, saying only that she "may have been involved" in an incident in November.

However, she is clearly behind a loaded Target shopping cart, and the photo is time-stamped November 22, approaching 9:59 AM.

She has brown hair, pulled back from her face, and is wearing eyeglasses and what appears to be a blue hoodie.
