The man that Delran police reportedly found behind a diner after a Thursday night car crash on Route 130 is suspected of triggering the collision, by slitting his wife's throat while she was behind the wheel.

Quentin Fortune, 37, of Somerdale, awaits a court appearance on a charge of murder, according information given by the Burlington County Prosecutor's Office to the Cherry Hill Courier-Post.

Police responding to the crash said they found Cynthia Fortune, 57, lying prone with neck lacerations, and a knife they believe to be the murder weapon in the car.

They reportedly found her husband clad in a tee shirt, boxer shorts and sneakers, drenched in what appeared to be blood. He is being held in the Burlington County Jail, with bail set at $300,000.
