Kelaher Denies Harrassment Accusation

A former aide to Toms River Mayor Tom Kelaher levels stunning allegations of sexual abuse and claims that township money was used for her separation payout. 

Angela Santoriello, 41, says that she's breaking the confidentiality clause in her termination agreement, claiming that taxpayer money was used to fund her separation payout.

Santoriello claims that the encounters took place over a two-year span beginning in 2008.

She says that her efforts to find new employment since her termination have been fruitless.

Speaking to Townsquare Media this morning, the Mayor categorically denied the allegations, characterizing it as retaliation for dismissal.
