Justin Taste Tests At Brick’s Top Tomato [Video]

Before we go any further, a disclaimer - I love fresh mozzarella cheese. I'm also really picky about it. Fresh mozzarella can turn out being bland, too salty, too watery, or too rich. There are plenty of ways to screw it up.

That being said, Top Tomato in Brick kills it. I'm not even exaggerating when I say it's some of the best I've had. Period.

The best part- you can sample it yourself at Jersey Shore Boss of the Sauce on Monday the 25th at Jenks Club.
