Judge’s Husband Found Dead in Berkeley Township

An autopsy is expected to reveal the cause and manner of death of Randy Appleby, found lifeless in a Berkeley Township home Sunday afternoon.

Sources close to the investigation tell WOBM News that initial findings show no obvious signs of trauma, and that foul play is not suspected.

Appleby had been married to Ocean County Superior Court Judge Melanie Donohue Appleby.
