Take a look at surveillance images released by police of suspects accused of trespassing and causing damage but cutting a fence on a man's property on Toms River Road in Jackson Township this month.

Police responded to the residence on Sunday July 23 on a report of trespassing and criminal mischief.

The resident told police he'd been having continuous problems of several individuals damaging his property to gain access with off-road vehicles.

So, he put in a trail camera and tried to catch them in the act.

The suspects were caught on July 15 on camera at the gate trying to gain entry in photos provided to police by the homeowner.

The gate is used to block access to an area where he houses livestock.

Investigators say the suspects tried cutting the chains to the man's locked gate and when that failed they cut open the fence, valued at $200.00, in another area.

Anyone with information that can identify these people, is asked to call Officer Donnelly at 732-928-1111.

The public is reminded that any persons arrested or charged with any offenses or crimes are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
