The Jackson Jaguar Marching Band welcomed the Tournament of Roses President Sally Bixby to Jackson Memorial High School Friday night.

Mrs. Bixby and her husband were on hand to watch the band perform a few selections from their set list for the Tournament of Roses Parade in Pasadena, California.

Vice President of the Parents Association Executive Board Suzanne Rogalsky said the bleachers at Jack Munley field were packed, and everyone enjoyed the band's music.   But the most memorable moment was when Sally Bixby presented the Tournament of Roses Flag to Band Director Bud McCormick.

McCormick gave all the credit to the kids however, saying this show was about them enjoying the experience and getting prepared for the big parade on January 1st.  Jackson Memorial is the first school from the Garden State to participate in the Tournament of Roses Parade.
