It’s National Salad Month

Aaaaah, I love a good salad.  My favorite is the iceberg lettuce chilled with some bacon on it and ranch dressing and maybe a little cheese sprinkled on top of it!

Salads have become a huge hit in restaurants.  Maybe a good grilled chicken salad or possible an apple walnut salad.  Salad doesn't just mean lettuce anymore...there are pasta salads and other salads minus the lettuce that we all love.
