It’s National Bosses Day

Well, you could either love or hate your boss.  Either way Workforce Institute at Kronos, Inc. recently did a survey saying that most of us like our bosses.

The survey found that 69 percent of employees say their bosses set a good example by being ethical, honest, collaborative, creative, empowering, innovative, dedicated and trustworthy.  Do you agree.  My bosses here at Townsquare Media are all great.  I'm very thankful for that.  And I'm not just saying that..I truly mean it!

So I was thinking let's talk a little about TV bosses.  Those bosses on TV that we wished was our boss or NOT!  It's   Just to name a few...

Sam Malone (Cheers)

Michael Scott (The Office)

J. Peterman (Seinfeld)

Hetty Lange (NCIS: Los Angeles)

Mr. Cosmo Spacely (Jetsons)

Lou Grant (Mary Tyler Moore Show)

We love to watch them.  Maybe sometimes we wish we had them as Bosses in our own life.
