Monmouth and Ocean Counties will be flexing their muscles on Saturday, October 20th as the biggest tug of war in Shore history comes to the area!

The inaugural Manasquan Inlet Intercoastal Tug will pit teams from Point Pleasant Beach against teams from Manasquan as a giant rope will stretch over 1,200 feet across the Manasquan Inlet.

The event will feature a series of head-to-head matchups with over two dozen people on each side representing two of the Shore's most popular beach towns.

The best part is that it's all for a pair of great causes, too, with both the Manasquan and Point Pleasant Beach recreation departments as the official charity partners.

It all goes down starting at 11:00am on Saturday, October 20th, and will also feature food, music, and more on each side of the inlet.

So head on up to Manasquan or come on down to Point Pleasant Beach to support your county as the Manasquan Inlet Intercoastal Tug lets loose across the border!
