A recent survey from Harris Online,  placed "A Christmas Story" as the most popular Christmas movie.

I concur. I have watched that movie as long as I can remember.  It is always the backdrop on Christmas Day at my families celebration.  In between the sounds of wrapping paper being torn and thrown, kids screaming "I wanted this!" or "I already have this" and sometimes even "I want Pizza!".... the sweet sounds of Ralphie asking for an Official Red Ryder Carbine-Action Two Hundred Shot Range Model Air Rifle fill our house.How can you not love "I'll triple dog dare you"!   You will never lose if you triple dog dare someone, I promise.

"Oh, fffffuuuundge"!

"Meatloaf, smeatloaf, double beatloaf, I hate meatloaf"! I say  that everytime I see meatloaf, pinky swear.

And one of my favorite scenes, when Ralphie's dad opens up his "Major Award"...Fra-gee-lay...it must be Italian.  I still have a string of lights made up of 12 of those little leg lamps.  Good times.

The movie always makes me feel warm and fuzzy.  It was a simpler time.

I love Raphie.  Wouldn't be Christmas without him.
