Is This Local “Summery Cool” Spot Really For Sale in Bayville

I've loved this Summer sweet spot since moving to Bayville. The owner was always so nice, now there's a For Sale sign up??

At first I thought it was Dunkin' Donuts right a long Rt 9 in Bayville - nope it's Bella's.

Is it true? Is Bella's moving or are they closing for good?
