I Need Your Help–Bad Doggie Breath

My beauty "T", "The T Blog", my 11 year old dog-- has the worst breath ever.  And I don't know what to do?

I've read up on it, I've tried so many things and nothing works.  I've heard and tried of the home remedies and nothing.  T has rotten teeth because of her breed and I've had some removed.  But that didn't help! 

Please, I need help!  Do you have any ideas or did you use something that helped with your dog's breath!
