Erica Capasso, 26, was arrested this afternoon at her place of work in the township, according to details from Ocean County Prosecutor Joseph Coronato's office.

The arrest follows a seven-month investigation by members of the county's high-tech crime unit and county Detective Lindsay Fortier-Llauget. Authorities assert that the remarks accompanying the lurid images were intended to intimidate the victim.

If convicted of the second degree count, Capasso would face a possible prison term of five to 10 years and fines as high as $150,000. She also faces a third-degree charge of invasion of privacy, which carries a sentence of three to five years and fines up to $15,000 on conviction.

She was remanded to the Ocean County Jail in Toms River, with bail set at $15,000.
