I sometimes get 5 hours of sleep, I sometimes get 8 hours. 

My hours are a little weird. I have to get up at 3:30a.m. to make it to the show on time (sometimes) by 5a.m.

Adults need between 7.5 and 8 hours of sleep per night, according to WebMD, but how many of us actually get that much sleep?

And for the kiddies, here's WebMD's guide to how much sleep they should be getting:

  • 1 to 2 months old: 10 1/2 to 18 hours per day
  • 3 to 11 months old: 9 to 12 hours per day
  • 1 to 3 years old: 12 to 14 hours per day
  • 3 to 5 years old: 11 to 13 hours per day
  • 5 to 12 years old: 10 to 11 hours per day
  • 12 to 18 years old: at least 8 1/2 hours per day
