They partied too hard and got nabbed by police in Monmouth's Ocean Township who were originally responding to a noise complaint.

Upon arrival at the Elberon Boulevard home in the Oakhurst section around               4:40 pm Saturday afternoon police found two minors drinking alcohol and they then placed the two men hosting the party under arrest.

Police Officer John Goncalves saw many party-goers consuming alcoholic beverages but twenty-two of them were under the legal age.

Diego Martinez, 20, of Union City, New Jersey and Peter Skrypczak, 20, of Ridgewood, New Jersey are charged with allegedly providing alcohol to minors, as well as being in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

They were also issued Township Ordinance violations for underage consumption of alcoholic beverages.

Martinez and Skrypczak were released on criminal summonses pending a future court appearance.
