A Holmdel man and woman suspected of supplying the heroin that nearly killed a man in the township in January are apprehended in an ongoing investigation of Bayshore narcotics trade.

Christopher J. Dios, 27, of Telegraph Hill Road, and Alyssa D. Morkevich, 23, of Durant Avenue, face a battery of drug and weapons counts as outlined in information from the office of acting Monmouth County Prosecutor Chris Grammiccioni.

Investigators say the victim was found alone on the lawn of a house on Telegraph Hill Road in the throes of an overdose that he managed to survive.

Dios faces six counts related to heroin possession, six counts related to distribution, plus one count each of paraphernalia and syringe possession. He was placed in the Monmouth County Correctional Institution (MCCI) in Freehold on $100,000 bail.

Morkevich is charged with conspiracy, four possession-related counts, two distribution-related counts and one each of paraphernalia and syringe possession. She was also remanded to MCCI, with bail set at $60,000.
