Just when I started to feel good about NOT making my bed (thanks to reports of the dust mite killing benefits of rumpled sheets) I saw a video that changed things.  Thanks to WOBM listener Mike who posted on Facebook a link to a speech given by a Navy SEAL Admiral.  In his address to graduates, he tells how his early days in the military instilled in him good bed making skills.   Every morning he pulled his covers tight and made his bed to perfection.  He says that accomplishing this small task each day motivates you to do another task.  It reinforces the fact that the little things in life matter.  While I agree with both those statements, I'm not so sure about this one:  "If you want to change the world, start off by making your bed."  What do you think?

The video clip is worth watching, it's less than 2 minutes long:

Does this video make you think differently about your morning routine?
