Detective Sergeant Eileen Dodd recovered a surveillance photo of the individual they seek and are urging anyone who recognizes her to reach them.

Police said the incident was reported to them at 11:49 this morning from the lot of Amazing Savings on southbound Route 9, near the Lakewood border.

They're looking for a minivan, colored either gray or light blue, with a front right wheel cover missing and possibly minor front-bumper damage on the passenger's side.

The driver's note included a phone number and the name "Shuli," police said, adding that no one responds at the number.

She's described as a white female, wearing a tight-fitting long-sleeved gray shirt and a black skirt with a bright green stripe along the bottom hem.

The surveillance image also shows two children.

If you recognize her, reach Patrolman Riaz Motani, 732-938-4111.
