A man allegedly possessing 910 bags of heroin in his vehicle, was arrested in the parking lot of the Ocean County Mall, according to Toms River Police.

23-year-old Iquan Small of Seaside Heights was arrested on Tuesday after members of the police department's Special Enforcement Team recognized him while conducting surveillance, according to spokesman Ralph Stocco.

Small is accused of having 160 wax folds of heroin on him, according to Stocco, and a search of his vehicle uncovered an additional 750 wax folds, or 15 bricks of heroin. The drugs had an estimated street value of over $5,000, Stocco said.

Small was charged with possession of heroin and possession of over one half ounce of heroin with the intent to distribute.

He was being held in in the Ocean County Jail in Toms River in lieu of $100,000.00 no ten percent bail.
