Help! Neck Pain

I don't know why, but my neck hurts.  I can barely move my neck to the left.

Ever since the snow came on Tuesday, my neck as been paining me.  I can't blame it on shoveling.  I didn't do any.  It hurt before we went sledding or our snowball fight.  I might have slept on it funny but my neck never hurts.  I'm just getting over a cold...could it have gone into my neck.  Doubt it.  H E L P, how do you get relief from neck pain?

A heating pad?  A warm shower?  Tried both of them and Advil too, and nothing is helping

What do you do when you have a neck pain...literally a pain in the neck?
