Mini Chocolate Cakes with Ganache
1 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup butter milk
1/2 cup water
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1 cup melted chocolate chips
1/2 cup softened butter
-In a bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking soda
-In a mixer, combine sugar and butter
-Add eggs one at a time and vanilla
-Add dry mix to wet mix
-While the mixer is on a low speed, pour in the butter milk and water
-Stir in melted chocolate
Pour heaping tablespoon in greased ramekins (can be transitioned to a cake pan or cupcakes)
Bake at 350 for 15-18 minutes
Ganache
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
1 pinch salt
-Bring heavy cream into a boil
-Pour cream over chocolate and sprinkle with salt
-Let sit for 10 minutes without stirring
-After 10 minutes, use a whisk and stir ganache
-Drizzle over cooled cakes
