There will be no court date this week on the status of Rocky the hybrid Bobcat.

NJ.com reports that the court date was postponed from this Friday to December 19th because Rocky's owner Ginny Fine of Stafford Township is out of the country.

The 38-pound exotic feline has been at the Popcorn Park Zoo in Lacey Township after escaping for what's believed to be the sixth time on October 21st. During an earlier court appearance, Fine had promised a judge that there would be no new escapes. Money was also raised by the public to help Fine purchase a better enclosure for Rocky.

Municipal court Judge Damien Murray told Fine in September that Rocky would not be permitted back at her house if he escaped again. Fine will also be required to pay a fine and the zoo's costs for housing him.
