A community health assessment survey is being conducted from now until July 30th.  The information gathered from the nine questions can aid the group of several County stakeholders in better serving you.  Leslie Terjesen with the Ocean County Health Department says "several topics will be covered ranging from where you go for emergency care to what goes on in your community when a natural or man-made disaster develops."
