Nearly three weeks after a broad-daylight house burglary in Monmouth County's Ocean Township, police use a witness description to create a composite sketch of the suspect they're chasing.

The burglary took place on Berkeley Avenue on August 23. Investigators enlisted a New Jersey State Police artist to develop the image of a man behaving suspiciously near the home, according to a witness they interviewed.

The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, 37 to 43 years old, 5'4" to 5'6", and weighing 140 to 160 pounds.

Police say a second subject seen in the same area at about the same time is described as a white male, about six feet tall, 170 to 180 pounds, with a buzz hair cut and multiple tattoos on his right arm, including a spider web on his elbow.

Anyone who has information on either individual and can help police track them down should call Detective Michael Legg, 732-531-1800.
