Habitat Seeks Volunteers

If you're handy with a hammer and saw, it's a plus - but not a prerequisite to help Northern Ocean Habitat for Humanity repair Superstorm-damaged homes in Toms River this week.

Group members are refurbishing several dwellings in the Silverton section. They seek four or five dedicated volunteers each day to join them.

If you have the time and the skills, drop by the Habitat office in downtown Toms River, 1201 Lakehurst Road, near Route 166.
