Jakes Branch County Park, Beachwood, will give kids the opportunity to experience nature from the comfort of six Ocean County Library branches this summer.

As Parents we always are looking for good programs to keep our kids active, both body and mind ….this summer maybe this program can accomplish both

The programs range from the lowly earthworm and the vital job it performs to maintain the soil and improve our agriculture to an exhibit featuring trees and their importance to our environment. Some programs will allow kids to make a seedling pot and assist nature in the birth of a tree ~ Ocean County Library

Another great thing about this “Summer” program …. It is Free and Open To The Public :)

You must register for this program …. Call the branch directly or visit the Ocean County Library Website
