It has already been a year since Phil Murphy took over as Governor here in New Jersey.

To be honest, I feel like the first year passed with little to no activity out of Trenton. It seemed like the Governor had the state on cruise control without much drama. I guess that can be good or bad depending on which side of the aisle you sit.

Two big items are still in limbo - the minimum wage hike and legalized marijuana. Both items remain in talks in Trenton.

Ben Dworkin, the director of the Rowan Institute for Public Policy and Citizenship at Rowan University, gives Murphy an overall grade of "B-minus". I'd give the Governor a "C-minus"

How would you grade the Governor?
