And we're looking for people in a number of different departments:

In-Studio Producers
As you surely know, we're the Shore's sports leader! With The Shore Sports Network, Lakewood BlueClaws baseball, and more. We're looking for motivated and organized individuals to engineer our award-winning sports coverage. If you're detail oriented and tech savvy, we want to hear from you! If you have experience with audio engineering, that's great! But we're also willing to train the right candidates. The WOBM Hometown Crew
You've seen them out at events throughout Ocean County; manning our tents, handing out free stuff, and hanging out at our Seaside Park boardwalk studio with the DJs - the WOBM Hometown Crew is a vital part of what we do! If you love getting out around the Shore in the summer and enjoy meeting new people, joining the WOBM Hometown Crew could be the perfect job for you! Internships
If you're a student looking to match up with an intern program for class credit, we can help you with that! Our interns get great experience in a variety of different departments. On-Air Hosts
Your radio dreams could start right here at Ocean County's Hometown Station! Or, maybe you're a seasoned broadcaster just looking to keep your skills sharp. Either way, you could be the next member of the WOBM air staff! We're always looking to discover the next radio star or to add a seasoned veteran to our roster of DJs.
