Going Out Of Business Sales Coming To Shore Sports Authority Stores

Weeks ago, the news came out that Sports Authority, which has a number of locations at the Jersey Shore, was planning to close over a quarter of its stores. Now, reports are saying that all of the stores, even those not previously named, will be holding big sales.

Of the Sports Authority locations originally slated for closing back in March, neither the Brick nor West Long Branch locations were tagged for shuttering. But today, reports are saying that the company will be liquidating all of its assets at all of its stores.

As Memorial Day Weekend approaches, this could be the perfect opportunity to grab a beach volleyball set, some bats, balls, and gloves, and warm weather clothes.

The reports pointed out that, "details about when the remaining stores will shut down were not disclosed in the filing", but knowing that the sales will be imminent, it could definitely be worth a trip to Brick or West Long Branch to stop up on sporting goods before all of the deals are gone!
