From the Page to the Screen, Upcoming Movie Adaptations [Poll]

When popular books are turned into movies, sometimes they can be spectacular triumphs (Harry Potter, anyone?) and other times they can be epic failures (there's a reason we've only seen one Lemony Snicket movie, despite the popularity of the book series).

Over the next year or so, a number of very popular books are about to get the big screen treatment. Here are some of the biggest titles that are coming up over the next few months:

November 18 - The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn Part 1

December 21 - The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo

March 23, 2012 - The Hunger Games

June 22, 2012 - Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter

And looking way ahead, Brad Pitt is spearheading World War Z, currently slated for December, 2012.
