Has your computer been bugging you to update to Windows 10?  After weeks of annoying prompts, I finally gave in and allowed the download.  It was pretty painless but now there are some different graphics on screen that I'm not sure what to do with!

If you've encountered a similar situation, you might consider attending one of the free computer workshops run by the Ocean County Library.  On Tuesday the Manchester branch will host a workshop about Windows 10.

The Library system offers programs on a variety of tech topics.  Learn Microsoft PowerPoint Saturday in Brick.  Want to delve further into Google?  There are programs about the popular search engine too.

Teen Tech Buddies are volunteers who can help you with laptops, tablets, cell phones, and eReaders.

To find out when and where all these computer sessions are being held, visit the Library's website at http://theoceancountylibrary.org/ and click on "Calendar of Events" on the right side.  You can click "Computer/Technology Classes" and/or search certain branch locations.

Did you know about all the free tech help and instruction that's available at the local libraries?
