Conducting surveillance by the Surf and Stream Campground on Route 571 near Ridgeway Boulevard, Manchester Township Police Department's Narcotics Enforcement Team (N.E.T.) pulled over a vehicle they deemed suspicious.

They watched the vehicle from there to a nearby undisclosed location where a drug deal allegedly took place.

In addition to finding 27.4 grams of cocaine in the car, police also discovered drug paraphernalia and a container of suspected urine.

36-year old Nicholas Jandik of Manahawkin, who was driving the 2005 Nissan Altima that was pulled over, is charged with Conspiracy to Possess Cocaine and Possession of Paraphernalia and was released from custody on criminal summonses.

His car was seized during the investigation and is pending forfeiture.

29-year-old Lindsey Stecz of Bayville, 29-year-old Tiffany Dannecker of Brick and 32-year-old Silvano Francis of Toms River were also arrested in the drug bust.

Stecz is charged with Conspiracy to Possess Cocaine, Possession of Paraphernalia, and Defrauding a Drug Test, while Dannecker and Silvano each face charges on Conspiracy to Possess Cocaine.

Investigators also found Silvano with an outstanding $350.00 warrant out of Point Pleasant Borough.

Stecz, Silvano and Dannecker were released on criminal summonses from the Manchester charges and Francis posted bail for the Point Pleasant Borough warrant.
