Flags will fly half-staff through out the state Thursday to honor a New Jersey soldier who grew up in Long Branch.  The executive order, signed by Governor Chris Chritie Monday, follows the death of U.S. Army Sergeant Shauna Brocklebank Adams who lost her life during a military training exercise in South Korea.

Sergeant Brocklebank Adams graduated from Montclair State University in 2008 and enlisted in the U.S. Army in 2010.

Flags will be flown at half-staff at all State departments, Offices and Agencies.
