Toms River Police make five drug arrest, confiscating heroin and marijuana, as well as a stolen handgun with hollow point bullets at a Route 37 motel last night. Chief Mike Mastronardy says Wednesday night's roundup at the Rodeway Inn on Route 37 East was part of a warrant raid executed by members of the department's emergency services unit at around 7 p.m.

Arrested were Toms River residents Otis Davis, Kristopher Miller, Anthony Getchius and Charles Argilan on drug possession counts. Brittany Schwab of Seaside Heights was also taken into custody and is being held on 5 warrants out of Monmouth and Union counties. Davis faces also faces weapons counts for possession of the stolen handgun, hollow point bullets and a speed loader. His bail is set at $175,000 no 10%

Mastronardy says officers recovered 50 bags of heroin, 15 grams of marijuana packaged for sale and a 38 caliber stolen Smith and Wesson handgun.
