First Time Uncle Justin Needs Your Advice!

Those are my 3 day old nieces. Yes, you read that right, "nieces", we've got twins in the family! And not only that, but these are the first kids for the family, so we're all new to this. So, as a first time uncle, I need your advice!

Obviously, my goal is to be the cool uncle. But of course I want to be a good (and hopefully, responsible) uncle too.

So what advice would you give to someone like me, who has literally never had any first hand experience with babies before?

I'm thinking - getting my house ready for possible babysitting, things I'll need to have around, etc.
