Watching TV and listening to the radio these days, you'll hear a lot of familiar voices pitching everything from insurance to credit cards, to fast food. Whether you realize it or not there's a reason that a lot of those spokespeople sound familiar, even if you don't see their faces. So here we ask, who are some of your favorite famous voices?

  • Morgan Freeman

One of the most recognizable voices comes from Morgan Freeman. Not only is he Visa's pitchman, but he also narrated the Oscar winning March of the Penguins.

  • Kiefer Sutherland

Voiceover work runs in the Sutherland family. Not only has Kiefer done narration for Bank of America and Ford spots, but his father Donald can also be heard pitching products.

  • Denis Leary

From snarky standup comic, to snarky actor, and now snarky truck hawker, Denis Leary lends his voice to Ford trucks.

  • Mike Rowe

Sticking with the Ford theme, Mike Rowe is on TV a lot these days. Actually, whether you realize it or not, you've been hearing Mike a lot longer than you've been seeing him. In addition to his hosting duties on Dirty Jobs, he's narrated a plethora of reality shows; from Deadliest Catch to Ghost Hunters, Mike Rowe has had a prolific career as a TV producer, narrator, and host.

  • John Krasinski

  • Martin Sheen

Martin Sheen has been doing TV voiceovers for quite a while, as evident here by this classic Toyota commercial from 1988. These days you may have even heard him right here on WOBM on the occasional Midas radio commercial.

  • WOBM Personalities
