Family Halloween Hay Ride in Toms River

Halloween and Fall means hayrides, this one sounds like a lot of fun!

Mayor Thomas F. Kalaher, the Toms River Township Council, and the Department of Recreation and Division of Youth Services are sponsoring a family Halloween Hay Ride.
