Fake Roadblock Terrifies NJ Drivers [Video]

Imagine this situation - you're on a major NJ highway on your way home after a long, busy day of work. You come upon orange cones blocking the road, an unmarked car on the side of the highway, and a man standing by the hastily set up roadblock.
